@LadyGrace Staying active is great for what it can do for your thoughts and moods. And it helps a lot if you feel productive. A good distraction for worry. When I would go through some major crisis I would automatically go into a mode that I learned as a child to help me not worry so much. I would keep busy doing something productive….clean out drawers or organize something, do a deep clean or catch up on something. I could clean out closets like nobody’s business and never regretted anything that I donated either.
@cherokeepatti That is so valuable to know, yes! That's what I've been doing. Anything to keep busy in my mind, positive. It really works and who would know better than you! Excellent advice. Thank you for sharing that.
