Actions, intentions and thoughts are never the same things.
The actions are what count the most. They are at the apex. And the thoughts count the least.
I am saddened by the actions of some. I may understand some peoples intents, Yet there is no hope in changing the thoughts when presenting certain facts.
I see no black and white in most situations, because all three are not linear.
How do put a percentage one thing and not the others when none of the above is linear? 🤷🏻♂️
I would put one more thing in there yet it doesn't apply to this situation.
This has nothing to do with instincts. Which would be at the bottom between intents and actions, even if instincts are the most base.
All lead to actions in some way.

You write yourself so well. I can't know why you are feeling this way,
I, also, can't see you feigning sadness, or harm, or any kind of emotion that would make another hurt. I'm sure you have had where someone misunderstands you, you just have to let them sometimes.
If you measure yourself by how the worst people can do anything they want, be rewarded and respected, you lose the respect of yourself while those willing to play willy-nilly with emotions with no regard to another, win.
I know this post is somewhat political, but does any politician represent these values today?
