I understand what you say. I always doubt when I'm giving someone advice, specially if the person seems impressionable, but I give them anyway cause I hate the thought that I could have helped someone yet I didn't do anything about it.

I don't like to give out advice either, because I know I'm not qualified to do so. Too many people assume they know way more then they do about many things.

My perspective of the problem might be completely different than what it truly is, I might say something out of place because I don't know fact by fact as I didn't go through it, which might lead me to say something out of place, which might just as well make everything even worse for the person, I'd rather not give advice, as I don't know how it might turn out. Each person is different, what works for me, might not work for others.
