What the hell?
I have a fingerprint scanner on my laptop, but Windows Hello says "we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner". What the hell?

Most likely the driver is missing.

@WonderfulOne I am sorry, I don't know enough about the Windows operating system to be of help. You may be able to download the driver from the laptop company's web site. Furthermore I would recommend that you "google" the issue. Most likely you are not the only one.
