If what she mentioned is true, there is multiple companies doing the same thing. ASML better start upping their own manufacturing process.
Actually I'm more concerned about what the heat will do to the chip, running at such a small nano meter scale. The smaller the scale, the more compact it is, which automatically generates more heat.
