My left nipple has stopped working?

I got these nipples for Christmas of 2023 and I dropped them a few times and I've accidentally punctured them before. I was trying to use the cord point from a previous pair of nipples that's how I punctured them. They been working fine but today the left one won't pair. Do I need another pair?
