I replied to the post without having read the article. Funny thing is that Chat GPT or Chat therapy using a chat bot is now a thing due to the shortage of qualified therapists.

As far as people becoming psychotic & going off their meds...this sort of thing has been happening as a result of religious preoccupation getting messages from God or reading the Bible or watching certain TV shows or podcasts etc. Those who are vulnerable to this sort of thing were always vulnerable to begin with but this is an interesting & scary development.
