Do you think the younger generation today can survive the technology from 2000s?

[media=https://youtu.be/5w731lJVhNM]

I watched this video on YouTube a few hours ago, and I wondered how the teens today would react if they were compelled to live with the late 90s or early 2000s technology. Most of us lived the era I am referring to. It might not make any difference to us, but it will certainly make the younger generation today go bonkers. I can visualise them cursing and yelling their lungs out at the slower uploads and time-consuming downloads. I can see them completely frustrated. However, I also see them finally using their cognitive framework, reasoning, and stream of consciousness to do something constructive. They might value the education more than social media influencing. Well, things might go haywire for us as well if we were asked to stick to the technology from 50s and 60s. Maybe even we'll value the books more than the crap available on the internet. The young generation of today will be super depressed if they are instructed to stick to the technology from the 50s and 60s. Gen-X and Millennials have the heart, patience and courage to survive the world with the limited technology, but Gen Z, alpha and onwards can't live without even for a second. This is why the intellect of the society is declining today. Today, crap, adult and obscene content earns millions of views more easily than the content that involves lots of research, effort, logic and knowledge.

The reason why I didn't mention the silent generation and baby boomers is because these generations valued happiness, warmth, peace, and communication more than technology because they witnessed hardships (you know what I am referring to) multiple times. Sadly, most of them are not with us today. God bless them wherever they are. 🙏

They can't even use a clutch or write cursive
@NinaTina I am with you on the cursive but there is no such thing as a manual car anymore. Even "manual transmissions" are computerized and mostly there to make you feel like you are doing something. They are about as useful as a horse buggy at this point.

@NinaTina Lots of employers are highlighting this aspect: Gen Z folks don't have the basic etiquette of writing. For example, seeking permission, using a professional tone at work, unprofessional emails with several spelling mistakes, and poor sentence construction. Worst, some are terrible at basic mathematics. How did these individuals graduate college? I wonder! 🤷‍♂
