Is technology making us inept and stupid?

We use to learn by mistakes we made as kids , I’m not talking about the life threatening mistakes but I guess them also. We adults have tried to take all the dangers away and make things safer, and that is good but somewhere along the way common sense has become less common. Maybe it’s because we don’t see the dangers as well as people that had booboos and made mistakes as kids.

I liked swinging on swings that had a wooden seat but learned to hang on. 😂 riding double on a bicycle was fun until it wasn’t 😂 we learned not to stick your finger on a hot stove , it hurt.

That being said we have always had a few people that never listens or never learns and will try anything once. Sadly once is all it takes sometimes.

Its just the Darwin principle in action
