This is the worst company we’ve had this for years and the internet just keeps getting disconnected but what can we do some people say it’s good some people say it’s the worst

Pretty sure most providers treat you like 🤬 once they have your custom.
They then like to try and con you into buying ever more expensive 'updates' to 'ensure' you don't need to call them out so often.
In the criminal world that used to be known as a protection racket.
