Just being proactive...

So a week or so ago my boss came up to me and informed me I was reassigned cybersec training. This is a two-ish hour class about not clicking questionable things in emails. I told him I'd already taken that course this year and was told I had "mishandled" one of the fake phishing emails from the company. I knew exactly what email he was talking about and told him I didn't click the link in the email. Apparently by not reporting it as a phishing attempt I had failed the test. "We need to be proactive."
Since that day I have been reporting every link containing email I receive as a potential phishing attempt. This includes all the alerts sent out via their sharepoint and emails from my supervisor. I'm not sure how this will play out but I feel better wasting someone else's time since they're so determined to waste mine.

Years ago I worked at UPS. Loss prevention found an open package under a conveyor belt. They accoused me of steeling. I was supposed to call them if any packages were open. I called this like 10 times a day. After a week they finally said ok you proved your point dont call us any more. hahahhaha
@Confined I love it! Their ideas are never in good in practice as they are on paper.
