Too many implementations of multifactor authentication only let you use SMS too.

Everyone needs to start moving towards using the app and not using SMS.

@BetweenKittensandRiots BTW the fix is to have a code list. There's your hint on a certain user there.

Once he runs out of codes though it's SOL for him. Unusually there's ten codes.
