CABLE LOCAL TV CHANNELS

We Live in south Mississippi.
We use ATT for wifi etc.
We also have TV antenbas for local chsnnels n orhers such as Halmark and somecodd ball channels etc.
The Channels come through good in the living room. This is where the cable is connected to our router/modem box.
My husband wants another cable rin into our back bedroom. Wouldnt this cost us a lot more or csn the cable be just directly hooked to the TV.
I dont want to pay for another router etc.

Sorry not real savvy on this..
Thx

Are you using the AT&T service for Internet only? As in you're only getting TV through your local antennas?

If so, then are you using rooftop antennas?

@Northwest If this is for TV only, then all you need to do is run a cable to the TV itself.

I think you can do what you’re asking with no difficulty, you may need a cheap splitter for the cables. I’m not sure 🤔 what is hooked up though the antenna you have wouldn’t be hooked to a modem or router? I’m assuming ATT is only your internet connection.

@BackyardShaman Yes ATT is only are internet connection.
Therefore IF we get a cable run intobthe bedroom, it would just be hooked up to the TV itself ?

You can just put a wireless router in the living room. Provided someone who knows what they're doing to make it secure. Then use wi-fi in any room you want.
