Some guy thinks that 4ktvs are much better then hdtvs?

SoLeRiMix31-35, M
Full HD is 1080p and 4K is 2160p. It's not about which one is better. It depends on one's choice and use.

Those who simply enjoy watching anything on TV for them 1080p might be sufficient.

Those who like view stuff in high-resolution with better frame rates, they certainly go for 4K and above. Gamers are the best example of such folks.馃檪

You may find gamers happy with 2K UHD gaming monitors. Like I said varies from person to person.馃檪

Golden rule, everything is the best for you if you buy it with your hard earned money.馃檪

If you're watching HDTV on a 4KTV, you're not going to notice the difference.

It's like taking your Maseratti on an inner city drive. You can only go legally 25MPH. On a race track you can take it to 150MPH. But if you take your FIAT 5000 to a race track, you're not going to get more than 80MPH out of it.

Content remains overwhelmingly HD these days. Just as SD was the norm a couple of decades ago. In a few years, most content will be 4K.

I have both tvs but I don't pay attention. I'm perfectly happy with the resolution on my iPad. @Northwest

You need a 4K disc or media source to get the benefit of a 4K TV.

@SW-User they are just higher resolution.

@justanothername high definition. 4k is high definition. Kinda mediocre now that 8k is out
