@SW-User Nope; it feeds a plastic filament through a heated robot arm essentially that prints layer by layer of plastic in the shape of the model you setup in the software as well as support structure that you just pop off and file down.
Took aboooout 16 hours or so to make this six inch Thanos I think. It's pretty slow but really cool.
