Long Forgotten Inventor Remembered

I only found out recently Philip Vaughan a Welshman invented the Ball Bearing what would this world have done if this hadn't been invented Philip was handed a patent for his invention way back in 1794 he helped put our world in motion I'm proud he was a Welshman.
We've come a long way since 1794.

Just think, if it wasn't for Philip Vaughan the Nazis wouldn't have had Tiger tanks.

Strange way of looking at it.

Bit like saying if it wasn't for Michael Faraday they'd not have been able to build them anyway... but we'd not have been able to discuss the point either!
