Pool Time!!!

I had the whole pool all to myself so I got in a little bit of aquatic exercise til the clouds started rolling in 🤗

Sweet !! So nice to get a workout in without competing for the equipment.
I hope my gym is just as empty later today.

@Teslin I always went to the gym at 3:30 am & there were maybe 5 of us if that. I'm planning to renew my membership as soon as I can.

@Teslin I always chose mornings because of the amount of people of course, but mostly because it woke me up & got me going. If I went in the evenings, I'd be wound up & wouldn't be able to sleep good.

Unfortunately I work 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
I should take time out of the middle of my day and get to the gym.
