I Love Swimming Pools

I never saw this group before. Even though I swim nearly every day and for my country sometimes!
I mostly swim in two pools. In term time I swim in the college pool. It’s great. 20m. It’s ok. Three lanes marked on the pool floor. But just college students and staff who use it so it doesn’t ever get too busy.
But in holidays I swim in my local pool. I have a card so I don’t have to pay. Well I do, but just a little each month. If I go four times a month, I’ve paid for my card. But I been four times this week already.
And it’s nice. It’s warm. I don’t understand swimmers who need it cold! The Sahara is only just warm enough for me!
It’s 25m. They mark off areas for serious swimming from play. There is a baby pool. And a hydro slide. And diving boards which are open at certain times when the diving area is marked off. The pool at the deep end is 4m which is quite unusual.
