Is pool maintenance cheaper than taxes on a beach house?

I'm guessing yes.. but poor people just jump into a nearby lake.. zero cost. 😅 (by poor people i mean me.. carrying a styrofoam boat to the lake on our heads as kids down the block to the local pond down the street..) i still remember our fat friend sinking the whole boat underwater but it was still floating 😅 usually we'd turn it over in the middle of the lake and dive off of it.. those were the days.. 😁
