You're definitely going to be better off going with the whole fruits rather than juices, in general, particularly for things like sugar content ... and with vitamin C in particular, if the manufacturer even started with real citrus flavors to begin with, vitamin C doesn't seem to be very durable

@ThirstenHowl You know...vitamin c isn't an expensive mutrient to add back in.

But I do have my juicer which I will put to use
