It goes hand and in with the anxiety too. Some days I just need to be left alone. Nothing against the people I love, but solitude is needed for my mental health.

That's not what antisocial means. You are likely an introvert, either INTJ or INTP. You need to take long break after social interaction; that is all. That is not antisocial.
