Why am I so aggresive lately? I have a huge urge to just slam people to the ground and be mean.

I just have had it with certain people and honestly feel like I have to restrain myself from giving them a verbal barrage or just full on attacking them. I'm not even a violent person but lately I've been kinda nasty and have been squabbling a lot...
