I know the feeling. My surgeon wont replace my knees till i have lost weight. At the moment i am 26 stone, not good. Sadly i carry my weight quite well cos i am quite tall....6ft 4. My aim is to get down to 18 stone. I watch myself playing darts in the world champs back in 2001 and look so thin at 18 stone....so that is my aim
