I’ve been there. I don’t have any wisdom to share.
I can tell you it gets better and you’re worth it. I know this is hard. I know it’s hard for you to see it now, but you are worthy. Never forget that.

@Jinxie thank you I appreciate your kind response

Can you find the energy to make a few little changes in your life? Change jobs, join a gym, take up a hobby? Just anything to take your mind off things and gradually have things to look forward to.

@meggie I’m struggling really hard with mental health. I have hobbies but have lost interest. I have a bike I can ride for exercise but I have no energy. It’s difficult. I try and push myself but it’s a struggle. I appreciate the suggestions

@SW-User if you can make any little changes to help you get out of the rut you are in it can only be a good thing. Hope you feel more positive soon x

Now it's like I am stalking you. :-)

You can only try harder for so long and it's time to get help.
Professional help.
I saw in one of your comments you have mental health issues but you didn't say what type.

I am Bipolar 1 and struggled for so many years before i was properly diagnosed and way later properly medicated.
Before that I just kept trying harder. Doesn't work.
Right now I have energy issues but only periodically.
There comes a time when the lack of interest in life becomes intrusive to living a productive and satisfying life.

@Dainbramadge depression and anxiety. I was in therapy for 4 years but it didn’t really seem to help. I’ve done better working on my own with psychedelics then being in therapy. We just live in tough challenging times and sometimes life is a struggle

@canusernamebemyusername thank you you’re very kind for responding to say this
@SW-User I know what it feels like to have everything seem like it is going wrong. So I wanted you to feel encouraged a little. Try to network as much as you can. Having a good support system can really help.

Sometimes one has to focus on the simple little nice things...
Hope you feel better
