Not me, but easily could be. This is exactly how I looked on smart summer evenings out-aged fourteen or so. Shirt tie and nicely fitting short grey shorts.
Lovely! I would imagine that this photo is of a pupil at a private school in South Africa, where briefly cut short trousers still seem to be popular- but now that many English boys of this age have been campaigning for the right to wear shorts for school - in summer at least - and seem happy to accept that they must be "tailored shorts", wouldn't it be wonderful if this style were to make a comeback in the UK?
