This is only a now problem. When my kids were in school during the 80s and 90s and they brought home a bad grade there was no discussion about what the teacher was doing wrong. The only discussion was what they were going to do to bring up their grades.
And after the discussion came the consequences. Anything less than a B meant they would have to pull their pants down and lay themselves across my lap. Anything less than a C meant after their father got home they got a spanking with a belt in addition to the bare bottom spanking they got from me.
@MarinewifeSC YEP!!! Lol. It was exactly the same with my mom. On report card day if I brought home a bad grade I would have to bring my mom her hairbrush and I would go over her knee.
