I Am a Smartass

So here I sit just one day after my Birthday and suffering from a serious case of DSB. I went to my doctor just a few weeks ago for a physical. He asked me how everything was going. I told him I went to another doctor a few months ago because he was booked and I was diagnosed with DSB. He then asked what that was he claims he has never heard of that before. He went to get his medical book and couldn't find it. I finally had to tell him what it is. Dredded Sperm Buildup. Then I asked if he could write me a prescription to solve it as long as insurance would cover it. That was the fastest and funniest visit I have ever had with my doctor. He was laughing so hard when I left. Guess no prescription so still suffering.
