I Have a Question

I am. Certain avatars are instantly reported and blocked. But not clowns. Just genitalia, male or female. I figure if that's the first impression they want to make, I already know that I won't like anything about them. Just like, I would lock my door against anyone who came onto my street waving his flag for all to see.

I've seen the stories in psych about these phobias. It's so deeply rooted really since the clown killer went on his little rampage decades ago. It was really intensified by the horror movies.

I don't get the people who act like blocking is such a terrible thing. If people are assholes, I wouldn't let them in my house. My online world is no different.

I'm guessing those people with clown phobias. Those are legit terrifying to some people.

I am. But yours isn't offensive to me. Ive blocked a few, in the beginning who's avatars were genitalia, or some sex act. It seems the admin now have a handle on that. I haven't run across it since the first month or two.

Scrub!!!!

I don't block people as a general rule. But you do have to be a little fair to him, your avatar is a little scary. Perhaps he had a bad experience with a crazy clown?

Could be voyelle. The guy did say it was creeping him out. Then he said he was thinking about blocking me for it. I said " But clowns are funny". that is when he blocked me. LOL

I cant imagine! I of course don't have that problem... My suave good looks lull them into a false sense of security!

Oh ok. I do know a lot of people get really freaked out by clowns. I have friends that I'm sure would need therapy if they came close to any.
