Here's another quick and easy one. It's a Chili Dog Casserole.
Put a can of chili in a 9 X 13 pan (I usually add half an onion chopped up here as well). Roll 10 hot-dogs up in tortillas (I prefer flour but I suppose corn would work if you prefer). To with the other half of the chopped onion and another can of chili. Top with shredded cheese (the recipe I got called for 1 cup but I like more so usually use 2). Bake in the oven, I think 325, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is nice and melty. .

Here's a good one and cheap too.
Ingredients: Chicken, kale, penne pasta, olive oil, brown onion, crushed rock salt and peppercorns.
Boil pasta, fry up chicken, then kale and onion in pan, sprinkle the crushed salt and pepper, stir thoroughly, add the pasta. Then more crushed salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil to mix with salt and pepper.
A tasty meal on a shoe string budget.
