Here's another quick and easy one. It's a Chili Dog Casserole.
Put a can of chili in a 9 X 13 pan (I usually add half an onion chopped up here as well). Roll 10 hot-dogs up in tortillas (I prefer flour but I suppose corn would work if you prefer). To with the other half of the chopped onion and another can of chili. Top with shredded cheese (the recipe I got called for 1 cup but I like more so usually use 2). Bake in the oven, I think 325, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is nice and melty. .
