I Enjoy Watching Cooking Shows

Indeed I do!!!

I do enjoy cooking anyways, but reading books is one thing but actually being shown the techniques used by these 'experts' is what I mostly enjoy. You can easily miss things in books.....

But, by watching and learning, you can make your own cooking much more fantastic....

It is definitely a good way to learn. A problem with some books is the author sometimes assumes you already have a certain level of knowledge and will skip some detail assuming you should already know how to do some things correctly. Ran into that in my cooking days. Also most books have recipes but rarely are of any use with technique.

Yeah. Books some times don't tell you every thing. Besides when you watch a show. you can learn other things as well. Always make that recipe your own.
