I Have Something to Say

Eating a healthy diet really does change ones palate. I used to eat nothing but junkfood years ago but it still surprises me how sweet fruits and vegetables taste to me now. They tasted so bitter and nasty to me back when I preferred candy, chips, pizza, and cakes all day. Now fruits are my candy and I happily eat all my vegetables and salads (I can even eat a whole jar of olives in one sitting). I boiled sweet potatoes and they taste delicious! Back when I still had a bad diet, I barely tasted anything sweet in them. I still have junkfood once in a while but it doesn't leave me craving for more like it used to, the taste is so-so, and I don't feel as satisfied when I'm done eating it. It leaves craving for real food when I'm done.

But really, these sweet potatoes are the bomb! 🍠

i know what you mean.

:D better for the digestive tract to. won't upset that fussy pants pancreas soo much.
