Would jail help more criminals rehabilitate if they got an electric shock whenever they stopped smiling?

LOL
Maybe that is forced endorphin release, which seems like it could go a long way into helping.

@plungesponge: Imagine someone full of rage, being forced to smile non stop.
We will have a lot more Jokers.

Imagine going into the exercise yard and everyone in there is smiling at the sky, at the ground, at each other. You go to the lunch room and everyone is smiling at their food. I'd go nuts in a day. lol

@plungesponge: Wahahahah! Well, no one might be able to tell the difference between prison and a mental hospital. Enough motivation to never go to jail.

No, it would just make creepy smile-monsters who grinned while they stabbed you.
