Would jail help more criminals rehabilitate if they got an electric shock whenever they stopped smiling?

Imagine going into the exercise yard and everyone in there is smiling at the sky, at the ground, at each other. You go to the lunch room and everyone is smiling at their food. I'd go nuts in a day. lol
