No. What is evident though is your complete lack of understanding of business. If I have a thousand dollars to invest and I say that I want that money to return $100.00 (10%) a year but market conditions are such that it only returns $80.00 (8%) a year I then face the choice of living with the 8% or put more money in to see if I can get the 10% or I can pull the $1000.00 and invest in a business that will return 10%. Someone with no business experience would say the business failed. Someone with business sense would say the business did not have a great enough return so I shut it down or sold it.

My point is that every business person in the world has had a failed business somewhere in their past. That is completely irrelevant to anything in the real world. Yes Donald Trump had a business that didn't return what he hoped. He likely brushed his teeth every day but still has had some dental work too.

@offingg: The purpose of the former now destroyed Trump educational company was staffed with experienced and practiced real estate experts. The purpose of the teaching company was to succeed in an ever changing rule set in real estate investing.
Aggresive marketing is not only legal, it's required by law. If you knew anything about corporate laws you would know better than ask that question. As for misleading words any legal hand wringing about such nonsense is so far into fantasy land that any common sense person knows better. Gets things cleaner, new and improved, superior formula are all used daily in marketing and not a peep by the ether dwelling power brokers and their career political puppets and kangaroo judges.
