I don't think there's a perfect height for women.
I used to wish I was shorter.
I was 5'7" by the time I was 18 in the last years due to an Endocrine disorder and as an already grown woman I get 1.5" and I now measure 5'8.5"
My husband and I were once the same height and now I'm slightly taller.
But I'm comfortable with myself and my height is perfect for me and my bodily proportions.
There is height preferences for everyone's taste
Some people like shorter people some like taller people.
Perfection doesn't exist, perfection is objective...

A woman at 5'4" may have a harder time shopping for clothes. Her pants may need to be hemmed quite often, as well as skirts and dresses. My sister in law is 5'4" she's too tall for "short" fit jeans and too short for "regular" fit jeans.
Shirts may also be a bit longer than they'd like. Ofcourse it's al about finding the right clothes retailer for you but it takes time.
You have a harder time reaching for higher placed items.
There are pros and cons to being short and the same goes for being tall.
