In the noon day sun at the fair park or fourth of july works picknic grounds, trapesing on 150 degree asphalt for some carnival - those strap on pouches give you a place to keep the cash, meds, cellphone, camera, mass of keys, ride tickets... all while keeping the pickpockets at bay. I owned one of them. Little leather fuker cost me fifty bucks too. I don't know what ever happened with it. Ex might still have it.
