Do you break promises?

I highly doubt that I do. I'm a fairly conscientious person, so what I say resonates with my action processes a lot. I'm inclined to not ever make a promise that I can't personally uphold

I don't make them, things change, people change... Why set them up for disappointment?

not often. I don't make a lot of promises to begin with because i recognize im not responsible enough.
