Why mostly girls / ladies riding with low air pressure?

Since summer has gone I see more often bicycle riders with soft tires, bulgy sometimes almost flat. Most of them are female. Do they like that way or are they just to lazy to pump it up? For me both matches. I´m to lazy but I also very like it. Last 2-3 days I rode with a nearly flat rear tire to work and back. Its soo convenient. And that crazy sound of the squeezed tire turns me on. Today I saw a lady also riding that way and I could hear her rear tire moving, the rubber really suffered. My eyes couldn’t stop to follow her, the massive belly went up and down and so did the rear tire. I couldn’t sit for a while.
