Did they I thought it was a small one But now the democrats are losing elections right and left. They didn't just lose the white house Nationwide they lost over 1000 elected positions

Sassy ... it is in the Democrat interest, to be part of excitement and good.
If they don't, they can never make a case in the 2,800 counties Trump won.
If they don't break the trend, the electorate will continue to trend against them.
In 2020, 8 more electoral votes move from blue states to strong red states ... making it harder to regain the house and presidency.
Their core support is in urban areas, where they currently draw 90% to 110% of available voters, according to the census ... so,there are no more votes there.
They need to play well with others ... or risk marginalizing themselves.
