Is it common knowledge you can block people on hotmail?

You can block people on most forms of social media, including emails. I spend hours blocking spam email senders. Not even sure how some of my emails get spam considering I only use those ones to send myself files like essays and such as a extra precaution to not lose my shit if my computer decides to shit all over my work.

If he does you can block that one too.

You can block people almost anywhere that is digital.

Have you talk to webmaster who run hotmail? Maybe they can help you.
