Is it common knowledge you can block people on hotmail?
I don't think my stalker has realised he's been blocked for 3 months I'm scared he will realise and create a new email.

You can block people on most forms of social media, including emails. I spend hours blocking spam email senders. Not even sure how some of my emails get spam considering I only use those ones to send myself files like essays and such as a extra precaution to not lose my shit if my computer decides to shit all over my work.
