There is no such thing. Jesus said that none of us (meaning everyone in the world) are good; that every one of us have gone astray.
Your questions have me a bit baffled. I'm Christian, and I certainly wouldn't be happy if I was made to believe that "masturbation" was genuinely a sin. It's natural.
Unless you are Christ himself, there is no such thing as a good Christian--we are all sinners. To consider yourself a good human though, that is something much more than the practice of Christianity.
Please, do not halter yourself because of what a book claims that Christ asked of us. Respect ALL life, and i'm sure you'll be accepted just fine.

Just....believe in god..and believe that his son died for us...But there are 2 most important aspects to being a christian..Love your neighbor as yourself and love god with all your heart and with all your heart, soul and mind...
