if according to christianity the only way to god is through christ, what happened to all the native americans who lived here before white man came? [Spirituality & Religion]

Not true because the Bible also says that God's name is famous all around the earth in the Old Testament(Thousands of years B.C) Every man has had the chance to know God but most suppress the truth about God by their immoral living (Romans 1:1-32) . God wrote of men in the Bible who believed in Him and serve Him even though they were from other nations without ever being in Isreal.


Also by your logic. King David Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Daniel would not receive eternal life because Jesus came after their time. But that is not the case. God said they were made righteous by Faith. Just like Christians today are made righteous through the faith in Jesus and His blood. The difference is they never had the blood of Jesus to cleanse them from their sins so they had to use the blood of animals. Those who had faith in God before our Lord Jesus will be saved because they believe and trusted God before even Christ came. They are proved righteous by faith



And it doesn't matter where in the world you live or what culture you grew up in. There are many account of Muslims who never heard the gospel but they saw Jesus in their dreams and they got saved. God promised in His Word that if you seek Him with all your heart mind and soul you would find Him and He would reveal Himself to you. There is nothing that separate us from God if we truly want to know Him.

From what I understand, you will not go to Hell if you know nothing about God.

Well, according to certain interpretations of Christianity !
It's the same of any religion !
Those who do the interpretation do so because they have that particular view !
The error they make is their insistence, that their view/interpretation. IS the will of THEIR God !
There are so many humans who STILL want to control/enslave humanity and bend it to fit THEIR view of what THEY think we should all do.
What kind of God would allow THESE people to DICTATE how others live their lives ?

Automatic to heaven according to some preachers

It's a healthy sign to question and to be curious. I personally think that if there is/was a GOD then it was the same in the past too. That is before any religion came.
