We define what the government is and what it should be doing, by voting and by judicial action.
In my view, there is no rewind button or deconstruction.
If we say we are the best, then lead in all areas.
Instead, we are an oligarchy.
In part due to railroad companies trying to use the 14th ammendment for equal protection . it continued with
the Tillman Act in 1907.
in 1978
it was fnbb v bellotti that gave corporations the break thru they wanted.
down to citizens united...
we are not free we are quite controlled by corporations.
we just choose not to see it.
if we wanted freedom. they money and influence would all be removed.
it's too bad we can't rewind
