Do you ski? Alpine or Nordic?

I have a pair of cross country skis and the boots. But I haven't used them for about 25 years.

Alpine... and not tell me to use the snowboard... only SKI!

The closest I come is slipping on hidden ice on the front sidewalk after a storm.
