The boys from New Zealand could really learn a thing or two about how to do a proper Haka from the lads from Tonga

The Tongan War Dance performed in Rugby Games is a fairly recent concept to try and replicate the Haka from Aotearoa.

Tonga's war dance is called the Sipi Tau and was penned by King Tama Tu'i Tāufaʻāhau Tupou IV in 1994.
