@AthrillatheHunt the tourists who attend Olympics in LA are the kind of people to fly to Hawaii afterwards and go hiking, where they'd meet the homeless of the high elevations in Honolulu. Sorry it's complicated.
That's why the money to remove these homeless will be spent over the next year. You gotta make cultural contact impossible. It's part of a long war, not notice. Normally Americans refuse to know.
