I actually think athletics would be more exciting if the athletes were all on drugs! I want to see Usain sprinting off into the hot dog stand to cure his munchies half way round...

I think it is already happening. Some are more skilful to avoid controls, and World Anti-Doping agency investigates some countries more than others.
