no and I live in a college town and these people are football fanatics, neighbors will make their garages into football-watching room for parties with the garage doors open, students yelling out the university cheer and song the night before a game, etc.

@Balou: If you are into football it is...I have to plan where I drive on football game days cause traffic is horrible here.
